Frasier is the 4th Generation of Black Kebec’s cockers. He is a very gentle and sweet dog with a dream temperament! He has a lot of substance and short back with excellent front and rear angulation. Frasier displays all of these qualities acquired from past generations of dogs that we have bred and loved. Frasier show debut was at the ASC National in 2004, in Indianapolis, where he won Second Place in the Bred-By Black Dog. He later won his first 4 points major the day after he was Best of Opposite Sex to Best in Sweeps at the Niagara Cocker Spaniel Club Specialty under judge Betty Campbell. Then at the Southern New Jersey Cocker Spaniel Club, our Frasier wins Best in Sweeps over an entry of 48 dogs! At Capital District Cocker Spaniel Club of New York, Frasier (still a puppy) wins Best of Winners for a 5 points major under breeder/judge Mr. Carroll Stewart for finish his American Championship. At the American Cocker Spaniel Club of Central Ontario Specialty, and the Trillium All breed show Frasier wins Winners Dog for 3 points. And then at the Trillium Frasier is Winners Dog and Best of Winners for 5 points to finish his Canadian Championship, making him Am/Can Ch. Kebec’s Surrounded By Whisper. He was always Breeder/owner/handled to his championships.
